Fane and her caregiving team is a Godsend! My mom's well-being started to decline, and my husband and I were becoming overwhelmed by her growing daily needs. Mom has always been a challenging person, and things got even harder when she wasn't feeling well and starting to lose her independence. Thankfully we found Fane. She took the time to get to know mom and immediately paired her with Mary, the most caring person we could've imagined. We were so relieved that Mary won Mom over with her kindness and empathetic demeanor. Within a week, Mom's health worsened requiring us to ramp up 24x7 care. Without skipping a beat or any fuss, Fane brought in additional caregivers to ensure round-the-clock support, including Marta, who has a special moxie and was somehow able get Mom over her complaining self and up doing things that we never could. Like magic, we were in awe!

I initially came across Fane in urgent need when another caregiver cancelled. It was for weekend care while I was recovering from a surgery and I needed someone to take over for me to assist my bedridden 90 year old grandmother with her changing & bathing, etc. That same day I reached out Fane, herself went to meet with her and set up care. The weekend care turned into more care during the week, then into 24/7 care in home as months passed. The environment became very ugly for the live ins once it was needed & they had many unnecessary difficulties to face with interference with a relative making her staff uncomfortable and the environment difficult. She and her ladies persisted with the most professionalism and the care of my grandmother as the primary focus always. I don't believe any other company would have endured the problems she and the staff had to. Fane is a beautiful kind soul who truly cares for these patients. I really do not know what I would have done with out her these past few months. I fully handed over the care to her and her team along with our hospice. I knew my grandmother was cared for well as if I was there still doing it myself. I honestly can't say enough kind things about her. She has the know how and the empathy, the strength to tackle this type of care. She doesn't just send people out she is out there too caring and doing the work, cleaning bathing helping our loved ones as well. She's is someone special that is so rare to find these days!

Several members of my family pitched in to help my grandfather at the end of his life. We took turns staying 24 hrs. a day several days a week, until things became difficult for us. He needed more personal care and lifting. We realized that we needed help. I researched and called several agencies. We had tried a few, but things did not work out. I found Family Love Homecare and spoke with Fane. She was responsive to my call and set up an appointment to meet with my family in the town of Sonoma. We found her to be kind, compassionate, and professional. Initially, my grandfather insisted on a male aide, which is hard to find. Fane was able to locate an attendant/aide (Ben) right away. I thought he was nice, professional, and helpful, but mostly my grandfather felt comfortable with him. Maggie was Ben's relief after several days. She had a great personality, was willing to do what was required to help my grandfather and was dedicated to his care. Ben and Maggie worked tirelessly while staying with my grandfather. There were no restful nights during his illness. This was 24 hr./day care. Hospice was in 3 times a week for 1-2 hrs. at a time. My grandfather ended up being fine with the female caretakers. Maggie and the hospice aides, all women, helped him with his toileting and bathing. These are wonderful people willing to provide these services! Additionally, this was at the beginning of the Covid 19 outbreak. This agency was kind enough to help us, even at a time when no one really knew what the pandemic would bring. I got connected to Fane and her team through a mutual friend. My dad was on hospice and we needed to coordinate last-minute, round the clock caregivers, working around some other care that was already in place. Fane was so accommodating and basically said, "I got this, you don't need to worry."
